Description

Reservation Guidelines:

1. The Business Center operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is available at no cost. You can make reservations online, via Ask-A-Librarian, by phone, or in person.

2. Users must be at least 18 years old.

3. Each user is allowed one booking per day.

4. Reservations can be made for up to 3 hours per day and up to 12 hours per month, with bookings available up to one month in advance.

5. To confirm a booking, users must verify their email addresses within one day by clicking the link in the confirmation email message.

6. Users must verify their identity and sign a Business Center Agreement Waiver on the day of their reservation.

7. The reservation will be canceled if a user fails to arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment.

Equipments:

• One Public PC is in the room with a two-hour filtered session. 
  • PC has a webcam, and a set of speakers attached.
  • Popular online meeting software loaded on the computer includes Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and Webex.
• Secured Wi-Fi is available during the reservation.
