Create Studio: Día de los Muertos Craft In-Person

Create Studio will teach how to make mini magnet altars for Dia De Los Muertos. For teens & adults. 

Please bring a small picture for your mini altar. The photo should be small enough to fit inside an Altoid/mint tin.

Photo Options:

  • Bring a physical photo: If you prefer not to use an original photo, we’d be happy to make a copy for you at the library.
  • Upload through Princh: You can also upload a digital photo in advance using our Princh printing service. Here’s how:
    1. Visit the Newbury Park Library Princh webpage.
    2. Upload your photo and adjust your settings, selecting black and white or color.
    3. Enter your email address to complete the upload.
    4. On Saturday, check in with the librarian at the desk to print your photo.

Please note that if you are more than 5 minutes late to the event, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. We recommend arriving early to ensure your participation.
